When will I receive my order?

I ship same day if purchased before 2pm, next day if purchased after 2pm. your order should be with you in 2-3 days in normal circumstances please be mindful of busy periods like Christmas and order sooner to allow for your package to arrive in time.

I have jewellery I would like to sell are you interested?

Great news Craven&Co Jewellery are always on the lookout for stock, see "sell your jewellery" on our main page for further information.

Do you do layaways?

Unfortunately at the moment Craven&Co Jewellery does not offer layaways. 

I changed my mind what can I do?

you can return your item for any reason, within 14 days of delivery and within 14 days from the date you you contacted us about returning your item. Please Note: the item must be in the same condition it was sent to you in with original packaging & tag intact. Quickest way to contact me is to email me at Info@cravenandcojewellery.com.
